Performance

Under the new Trailblazer's hood are two turbocharged three-cylinder engines. The base powertrain is a 1.2-liter engine that outputs 137 horsepower and comes with front-wheel drive. While the other engine is a 1.3-liter model that produces 155 horsepower and uses all-wheel drive. According to the EPA, front-wheel drive models get around 29/33 mpg, while its AWD models get an estimated 26/30 mpg.

Technology

All Trailblazer models have an 11.0-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, and Sirius XM satellite radio. Eudora or Topeka customers who purchase a higher trim will find features like wireless phone charging and a Wi-Fi hotspot.

Safety

When venturing through the streets of Ottawa, the Trailblazer will keep you safe thanks to a long list of advanced driver-aids. Base features include automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, and lane-keeping assist. Adaptive cruise control is an optional feature.
