drivers door, the window, heat seat , and mirror buttons would not work. I suggested the main switch to these items may be bad, so they ordered it and put it in, and it did not fix the problem. then they run diagnostics on the system and found it to be in the wiring on the door. then fixed the wiring problem. Now, they told me they could NOT send the main switch back, ok i understood that. But, and here is my complaint. Why would they not FIRST run a diagnostics of the vehicle to find the issue??? If I had to accept the main switch and buy it ok. But they spend all the extra hours of labor which was unnecessary and I had to pay for it. Let me give you a break down, the switch was $250.96, which again was the item I suggestd. the button wiring was a total of $6.81!!! which fixed the issue. The labor to do all this was $577.20!!! that is simply robery. I know you'll read this and thow it in the trash, but I'm not stopping with you survey . Your shop totally mishandled this and charged me three times of what my bill should have been. Why would they not do the diagostics first and find the $6.81 issue, and let me keep the $250.96 switch . Instead they one this completley backwards and over charged me

Just went in for a oil change, it was fine. You get a token for car wash now, instead of them cleaning your car. Took awhile to get car pulled around when complete

Seems a little high charges. Charged for shop supplies and last oil change tire pressure was not filled. We were treated much better through Toyota with services.

The service was great as always the problem is trying to make and appointment I called the 800 number that was on my coupon and it took forever for someone to answer the phone then the person was confused and told me to wait while he got his stuff together so I waited and then he told me 1-06-2021 at 2:30pm but I got a phone call from your service department on that same day asking why I missed my appointment for 9:30am that day I told them that I was told it was 2:30pm she told me they would work me in. I have been coming to your shop for 10 years and never missed a appointment just do not like your service request system you have now. I was told to call directly to the shop for further service.

Had my Buick Encore in for a 8000 mile service and oil change. Tires were rotated. In and out in less than an hour. Blake-the young man who took care of me was outstanding. I feel real good about having purchased my car from Dale Willey. Coleen Smith was my salesperson. All the great things she told me about the Encore have come true.One of those was "it is a great snow car." And it is.
