The service was great as always the problem is trying to make and appointment I called the 800 number that was on my coupon and it took forever for someone to answer the phone then the person was confused and told me to wait while he got his stuff together so I waited and then he told me 1-06-2021 at 2:30pm but I got a phone call from your service department on that same day asking why I missed my appointment for 9:30am that day I told them that I was told it was 2:30pm she told me they would work me in. I have been coming to your shop for 10 years and never missed a appointment just do not like your service request system you have now. I was told to call directly to the shop for further service.

Had my Buick Encore in for a 8000 mile service and oil change. Tires were rotated. In and out in less than an hour. Blake-the young man who took care of me was outstanding. I feel real good about having purchased my car from Dale Willey. Coleen Smith was my salesperson. All the great things she told me about the Encore have come true.One of those was "it is a great snow car." And it is.
